We have created this page to help your CPE experience begin as smoothly as possible. Here is the process.

  1. Each student fills out the form in its entirety and submits it
  2. A staff member at CSF, LLC then utilizes this URL to make a payment for $100 membership for each student plus any applicable agreed upon fees. Each student’s name the payment applies to should be listed in the “designation” field on the donate form.

  3. Once payment is received ACCC staff will apply full membership status to the new member and email a receipt to the payer.
